How do I start a post? |
| |
After you login simply click on "Dashboard"
on the right hand menu, then select "Add New"
under the "Posts" menu on the left and fill
in the form like a email.
NOTE: Please make sure you post in the correct category
area by checking the relevant box in the bottom right
hand side of the page. |

How do I comment? |

Navigate the site under "One Name Studies"
to you find a topic of interest and then click on the
subject text or the "No Comments" text. This
will display a short text box for you to comment in. |

A post is asking for
a password - why? |

This is for security reason when someone has requested
a file |

How do I download my
data? |
| |
Once you have been told your file is ready for you to
download you will be sent the website address where the
file is located. You will also have been given a password
which you will need in order to access your file. Once
you have accessed the file click on the download link.
Please note all your files will be compressed into one
folder and if you do not have software on your computer
to unzip the file you will need to download a suitable
programme. There is a free download link to Winzip (ZIP)
on the following question "I cannot open the file"
and which will be suitable. |

The file is taking a long
time to download |

This can depend on how busy the web site severs are
but you can do the following to help
1. Clear your cache and delete all your Temporary Files
and History from your web Internet Explorer
2. Defrag your PC
3. Try restarting your computer and modem
4. Try installing a Windows care program to help on PC

Download keeps stopping! |

This could be for many reasons such as your Internet
Provider, your PC etc. I recommend you do the following:
1. Clear your cache and delete all your Temporary Files

This could be because you do not have the correct software

this is sent via CD or DVD |

I usually have to send more than one file and they can
often be rather large so I use a compression program,
do not panic 90% of computers have this program or you
can download it from Wipzip.com |
